Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns started her career on television in 1995, portraying the role of Peg as a supporting role on the Spanish American comedy for teenagers Out of the Blue (from 1995 until 1996). Burns became a participant in Baywatch a drama series that was action-drama in 1998. In the following year she appeared on the show as Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns was then forced to leave Baywatch due to her first pregnancy. Brooke Elizabeth Burns was an American fitness model, actor, and TV personality. Most famously, she is because of her character Jessie Owens on the Baywatch drama. She was best known in 2001 for her highly acclaimed commercial film Shallow Hal.
